Privacy Policy

Updated: 2026-10-29

This policy explains how 18232954 Canada Inc., doing business as MissionWon Software, 21 ch. Meunier, La Pêche, Quebec J0X 2W0 (“MissionWon” or “we”), handles personal information related to the missionwon.com website and the MissionWon account.

Person in charge of the protection of personal information

Serge Fortier, President, is the person in charge of the protection of personal information at MissionWon. You can reach him at [email protected] with any question, request or complaint about your personal information.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the missionwon.com website and to the MissionWon account platform (modules.missionwon.com), which is in development and not yet open.

Each module keeps its own data under its own privacy notice. For example, Skipper’s notice is at https://f8drivers.net/privacy.html. MissionWon does not receive module content.

The missionwon.com website

  • The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts. Fonts are hosted on our own servers.
  • The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery (CDN) and security services. Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses and technical data about requests, and may process them outside Canada.
  • The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, in Montréal (ca-central-1 region).

Our hosting and delivery providers (Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services) process IP addresses and technical request data to deliver and protect the site. MissionWon does not keep these logs. Our sign-in service keeps sign-in logs for at most 30 days.

The MissionWon account (once the platform opens)

When you create an account, we collect:

  • your personal email address, which serves as your permanent identifier;
  • your name, if you choose to provide it;
  • your language preference.

Sign-in is handled by Auth0, an Okta service, hosted in Canada.

MissionWon also keeps:

  • your account and your organization memberships;
  • the plans you subscribe to;
  • the list of assistants you have connected;
  • short activity summaries: which tool, which assistant, when, and with what outcome. These summaries never contain the content of your questions or of the answers.

Why we use this information

We use this information to create and manage your account, give you access to the modules you subscribe to, manage billing and respond to your requests. Activity summaries are used to show you which assistants used your modules, to keep the service secure and prevent abuse, to provide support, and for billing and usage statistics.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe processes your card data; MissionWon never sees or stores your full card number.

Connected assistants

When you connect a third-party assistant (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Meta, Microsoft Copilot or OpenClaw), the module’s answers are sent to that assistant’s provider, at your direction, possibly outside Quebec or Canada. That provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to what it does with those answers. You can disconnect an assistant at any time from your account.

Service providers and communication outside Quebec

We use the following service providers:

  • Cloudflare: website delivery and security;
  • Amazon Web Services: hosting, in Montréal;
  • Auth0 (Okta): account sign-in;
  • Stripe: payments.

Some of these providers (Cloudflare, Stripe), as well as the assistant providers you choose, may process information outside Quebec. Before communicating personal information outside Quebec, MissionWon performs a privacy impact assessment, as the law requires.

Retention

  • Activity summaries: 12 months.
  • Account data: while the account is open; it is deleted on request.
  • Billing and tax records: for the period required by tax law, which is at least 6 years.

Confidentiality incidents

MissionWon keeps a register of confidentiality incidents. When an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec and the people concerned.

Your rights

You have the right:

  • to access the personal information we hold about you;
  • to have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • to request its deletion;
  • to withdraw your consent;
  • to receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability).

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within the time limits set by law.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec: cai.gouv.qc.ca.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page, with its update date.
