Terms of Service

Updated: 2026-10-29

These terms of service (the “terms”) govern the use of the missionwon.com website, the MissionWon account and the modules offered by MissionWon. They form a contract between you and 18232954 Canada Inc., doing business as MissionWon Software, 21 ch. Meunier, La Pêche, Quebec J0X 2W0 (“MissionWon” or “we”).

By creating an account or using our services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.

1. Our services

MissionWon offers “modules”, that is, software that provides a specialized capability. You can use a module directly on its own website, or from the artificial intelligence assistant you already use (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Meta, Microsoft Copilot or OpenClaw). In the latter case, your own assistant does the reasoning and writes the answers.

A single MissionWon account can give access to several modules. The account platform, at modules.missionwon.com, is in development and is not yet open. The provisions that concern the account will apply once it opens.

2. Your account

  • Your account is tied to a personal email address. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Your account is strictly personal: you may not share it or allow another person to use it.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential. If you believe someone else has accessed it, write to us without delay at [email protected].

3. Module-specific eligibility

Each module may have its own eligibility rules. You must respect them to have access. For example, Skipper Core is reserved for Flair Airlines pilots whose status has been verified.

4. Skipper

Skipper, our first module, is for Flair Airlines pilots. It answers questions about the pilots’ collective agreement and the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), citing its sources, and offers duty and rest calculators.

  • Skipper Core: free, for verified Flair Airlines pilots.
  • Skipper Line: a paid monthly subscription that adds features connected to the pilot’s roster: questions about your own roster, Reserve Watch and Commute. Skipper Line is currently in beta; its price will be announced at launch.

Skipper is not affiliated with Flair Airlines management.

5. Informational nature of the services

Our modules are information tools. In particular:

  • they do not provide legal advice and do not settle any dispute;
  • official sources, such as the text of the collective agreement and the regulations in force, take precedence over any answer provided by a module;
  • the calculators do not replace the air operator’s approved systems;
  • you remain responsible for your decisions and must exercise your own judgement;
  • when you use a module from a third-party assistant, the answer you read is written by that assistant, which MissionWon does not control. Check citations against the official sources.

6. Third-party assistants

When you connect a third-party assistant to your account, the module’s answers are sent to that assistant’s provider, at your direction, possibly outside Quebec or Canada. That provider’s terms of use and privacy policy apply to what it does with those answers. You can disconnect an assistant at any time from your account. For more details, see our privacy policy.

7. Subscriptions, prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. They include applicable taxes (GST/HST and QST), calculated from your billing address.
  • Payment is by card, through Stripe. Stripe processes your card data; MissionWon never sees or stores your full card number.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until they are cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • If a free trial is offered, you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Details are in our refund and cancellation policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to access other users’ data;
  • reverse engineer access controls or attempt to bypass them;
  • scrape module content by automated means beyond normal use by an assistant;
  • share your account;
  • break a module’s eligibility rules.

If you do not follow these rules, MissionWon may suspend or close your access to the module concerned or to your account. Except in an emergency (security, fraud or harm to others), we first notify you by email and give you a chance to fix the situation. If we close your access through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the paid period.

9. Liability

Our services are provided as information tools. To the extent permitted by law, MissionWon is not liable for decisions you make in reliance on information provided by a module, nor for content produced by a third-party assistant.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that Quebec law, including the Consumer Protection Act, does not allow to be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For any material change affecting a paid subscription, we will notify you by email or on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect. You may then cancel your subscription. The date of the last update is shown on this page.

11. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

13. Language

The French version of these terms is provided first. The English version is a translation provided for your convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
